PATCH TESTING

All of our treatments require a patch test to ensure you are not allergic to the ingredients within the products used. The patch test is to be done at least 48 hours before your appointment. Please ensure you book a patch test if you are a new client and are booking the treatment through our online booking system.

CANCELLATIONS 

We kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to move or cancel your appointment. If you fail to show up to your booking or cancel your treatment in less than 24 hours a 50% charge of the value of your booking will be applied. This applies to all salon and online bookings.
