PATCH TESTING

All treatments require a patch test to ensure you are not allergic to the ingredients within the products used. The patch test is to be done at least 48 hours before your appointment. I run a no patch test no treatment policy. Please ensure you book a patch test if you are a new client via the Fresha booking system at least 48 hours before your appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Upon booking you will be required to pay a 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit. Appointments can be rescheduled up until 48 before your appointment vis the Fresha booking system. If you need to cancel after the 48 hour cancellation period you will unfortunately loose your deposit and you will need to rebook a new appointment. Appointments cannot be rescheduled after the 48 hour cancellation period.
